Pause and Restart Policy

SUMMARY: You can pause-restart one time. Email us the day before you want to pause or restart. Subscription with pauses need to be completed within one year from date of purchase. See below for more options on each subscription type. We understand that life gets hectic, unexpected circumstances occur, or you just want to take a break from studying. Because stuff happens, all subscriptions, except for the 1-day, provide various options for pausing and restarting your study modules.

The 3-Month Certifying Board Subscriptions offer the best cost saving deal. Each module can be activated with a different start date. This allows you to save money as you plan your specialty board certifying exam study schedule. All modules in the three month Certifying Board Subscriptions need to be completed within a one-year period of the sign-up date. For the one week and one month, once the module has been activated it will also need to be completed within one-year of sign up.

Important Note: If you are not given the choice of a start date after you buy your subscription, email us with your module start schedule as we need to manually set the dates for you.

The pause policy is effective 1/1/18. Pauses must be longer than 24 hours. Subscription days are not transferable between modules.

- You can choose when you want your subscription to start.
- After subscription starts you can pause and restart it ONE time.

1-Week ABONMM, or ABOFP, or DO MEDICAL or SURGICAL Specialties' Subscription
- You can choose when you want your subscription to start.
- After subscription starts you can pause and restart it ONE time.
